-Users must use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
-Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited, including fraud, misuse, or violation of others’ rights.

-Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
-The store reserves the right to suspend or delete any account involved in suspicious or unauthorized activity.

3. Orders & Payment
-All orders are subject to confirmation by the store team.
-Prices include VAT and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
-Customers must pay the full order amount using one of the available payment methods on the website.

4. Shipping & Delivery
-Shipping is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with international shipping available for selected products.
-Delivery time within jeddah 48 hours, other cities in the Kingdom 2 to 7 days
-The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies once the order has been handed over, where delivery may take 2 to 7 days.
- Cash on delivery is available within Jeddah only.
-Fast Refrigerated Delivery.
-Shipping cost 38 SAR for the first 15 kg For each additional 1 kg, an extra 3 SAR is charged.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy
-The cancellation and return policy is provided on a separate page and should be reviewed.
-Orders cannot be canceled or returned once processing has started, except in cases outlined in the return policy.
